Anthony D. Folino

President

Anthony D. Folino is President of A. Folino Construction, Inc. He started his career in 1967 working for his father as a general contractor. In 1971 he took over the family business moving into his father’s position of President. The original company, Anthony Folino General Contracting, provided a multitude of services in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In 1990 the company branched out to include asphalt paving services and expanded the service area to Western Pennsylvania. In 1993 two additional companies were formed, TDF Services and CARD Transport, to provide transportation services to include material and equipment moves and Limousine services to the already established business. Mr. Folino has a strong relationship with the CAWP, Master Builders Associates and various Local and International Unions and continues to have a ‘hands-on’ role in all company operations and decisions.

Dino Folino

Vice President

Dino Folino is Vice President of Folino Construction. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Business Management. He started his career at Fradicon Corporation as the Operation’s Manager and came to Folino Construction to join the family business in 1999. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the Estimating and Purchasing Departments and manages the company’s Marketing and Business Development. Dino is also responsible for day-to-day operations with TDF Limousine.

Frank Folino

Vice President

Frank Folino is Vice President of Folino Construction. He studied at Wake Forest. His entire career has been at Folino Construction working alongside his father and brother. He is the overall support of operations by assessing and improving worker productivity, managing overall operational performance and defining a quality control program including managing scheduling and dispatch of the work force.
